About Us

Our mission is to enhance the well-being of individuals with developmental disabilities by providing training, support, and opportunities in employment and daily living skills—empowering them to lead more independent and fulfilling lives.

Vision

To build inclusive communities where individuals with developmental disabilities are valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential through meaningful work, safe housing, and lifelong skill development.

OUR JOURNEY IN ACTION

Since 1981, INCOR has provided essential services to individuals with developmental disabilities, beginning with sheltered workshop programs that built employment skills. In 1987, we expanded into residential care, later adding six group homes between 2007 and 2014 to offer safe, affordable housing with daily living support. Over time, we’ve grown to include community-based vocational services and, in 2014, launched Next2New—a consignment store creating even more job opportunities. Today, INCOR proudly supports over 150 individuals across 2 counties with the help of more than 200 trained staff, promoting independence, dignity, and inclusion at every step.
